About
Built for our people. By one of our own.
Hi, my name is Teri, short for Theresa. A proud Samoan woman, raised in Samoa, now based in Melbourne. I never planned on becoming a web designer. But here I am, more than 10 years later, and I wouldn't change a thing.
A bit more about me
A little more about me.
Honestly, I never planned on becoming a web designer. Once upon a time, I knew almost nothing about computers. I was a stay-at-home mum, curious about technology and wondering what I could do with it. So I thought, why not give it a go? I applied to study a Certificate in Computing. One qualification led to another, first a diploma, and eventually a degree in Computer Science and Information Science. And somewhere along the way, something clicked. I realised I actually loved it.
What started as simple curiosity turned into a career in web design, software development and problem-solving. There have been plenty of late nights, frustrating bugs, questionable amounts of coffee, and those moments when something finally works and you just sit back and think: I knew what I was doing all along.
I don't just want to build you a website. I want to help you build your space on the internet.
— Teri
Clarity over cleverness
A beautiful website that confuses visitors is a failed website. Every design decision I make is in service of one thing: making it easy for the right people to say yes.
Craft in the details
The difference between a good website and a great one lives in the details — the spacing, the type, the micro-interactions. I sweat the small stuff so you don't have to.
Strategy first
Design without strategy is decoration. Before I open a design tool, I want to understand your business, your audience, and what success actually looks like for you.
"Working with Teri was the best investment I made in my business last year. She didn't just build me a website — she helped me understand what I was actually selling and to whom. The results speak for themselves."
